At Caye Collection, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Please ensure products are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
